The adapter arrived quite quickly. After running the CD it ran as advertised. It is not as high a resolution as advertised, but that may be my fault as I’ve not figured out how to change the settings yet.

It serves my purpose quite well.

Like the product and the compactness. Very few issues getting up and running but I could not get it to run with sling media. Two different monitors with different resolutions and refresh rates and they both froze sling so I’m not getting all of the use out of it I would like.

An inexpensive solution to use that extra monitor collecting dust. Plug and Play…I have slow DSL, no other options, so opening a third monitor allows me to open more apps.

The EVGA+ USB VGA adapter was easy to setup/install and works as advertised. I would recommend this this product to anyone looking to extend their desktop to another monitor. Since I use this for business applications only I can’t comment on the suitability for PC games. The speed and supported resolutions work great with the usual MS office applications.

I bought this after buying the Tritton UV150 and I am returning the EVGA unit. I don’t need DVI and the EVGA unit is missing a number of screen resolutions between 12xx and 16xx. The EVGA unit also comes in separate pieces. The USB cord is separate and uses that fallible double spring loaded pull-out config. This proved to be broken and I had to use a mini-usb to full-size usb cable of my own. The EVGA unit also costs more. As far as I’m concerned, it’s not worth it. I’d rather have an all in one usb connector/cable/plug in box. Based on the Tritton unit I have, I will try either the Tritton UV200 or the Diamond 195 units with DVI for my home set up.
